Author Guidelines
The Journal of Himalayan Greenprint takes in original and good quality manuscripts that can contribute to the body of knowledge in the field of
environmental studies, sustainability, management of natural resources as well as other interdisciplinary topics. It is advised that writers adhere to these
easy steps so that the process of reviewing and publishing becomes smooth and without any hassles. Clarity, structure and relevance of the submission to the
theme of the journal tend to advance the evaluation process.
Basic Requirements
This paper is not to be published before, and the same paper should be not under consideration by another journal simultaneously.
It should be written in fine academic English in a proper format and good grammar.
The last version is to be given a nod by all the authors listed. One must only upload files in Microsoft Word format (.doc or.docx).
Tables, figures, and pictures have to be clear, numbered, and have to be referred to in the text.
It is recommended that journalists should proofread the work before submitting it to prevent errors or formatting problems.
Manuscript Structure
The overall structure of the paper is usually supposed to be in this order: Title page- Name of the paper, authors, affiliation, and contacts of the author.
Abstract A short summary of the study with the focus on the purpose and the main findings.
Keywords â 4 6 applicable terms that represent the main theme of the study.
Main Text Introduction, Methodology, Results/Findings, Discussion and Conclusion.
References -A full reference list in a standard citation format. Acknowledgements or funding notes can be also provided at the end of the manuscript in case the authors need it.
Submission Process
Create/register on the online submission system of the journal. Northcentral University- Start a New Submission and submit the manuscript and
any related files.
Included should be a brief cover letter on the purpose and significance of work. Once a manuscript is submitted, authors are informed of its status via their
account dashboard and addressed to in case of editorial communication on the need to make revisions.
Ethical Standards
The writers must make sure they cite all sources correctly, not to plagiarize or be published twice, and to inform the reader on any conflict of interest or funding of the research. The permission of utilizing data, images, or third party material must be present.
